The objective of the 2-year full time MBA program is to impart professional education in business management by adopting modern tools and techniques required for the management of business. The program aims at developing critical, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills of the students. The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University has designed the course structure of this program, all the contents of the program are widely accepted and in use by various Universities and Business schools across the country.
The program spanning over two years is spread over four semesters. Each semester is of 14 to 15 working weeks. Courses taken by a student to complete his degree program are divided into Core Courses (covered during the 1st and 2nd Semester) and Elective Courses (covered in the 3rd and 4th Semester). The core curriculum helps the students to understand the key management concepts and the connections among the various functional areas of business-such as finance, economics, marketing, human resources and statistics - before selecting their specialization. Core Courses are required to be taken by all students of first year.
We are at DBM-SPCE (Department of Business Management, S.P. College of Engineering) currently offering the two specialization options of Marketing & Finance. |
