At DBM-SPCE, we emphasize on imparting managerial skills to the students. As widely accepted by the top management institutions of the world, our pedagogy includes live projects, case studies, role plays, surprise quizzes, brain storming, group discussions and seminars as learning tools incorporated in curriculum, in order to acquaint the students with the rigors of competitive corporate environment.

    The pedagogy is aimed at developing fundamentals and inculcating clarity of concepts. Audio-visual tools are used to enrich the learning experience at the Department. In order to orient the students’ mindset to real life applications, special emphasis is laid on project work. We put an extra effort to develop the skill of presentation in all our students, for that to prepare the PowerPoint slides and to address the class is the routine at our learning center.

    Here the students are encouraged to organize various events and actively participate in the Department’s activities. This allows them to appreciate the unstructured situations and resource constraints, which they will inevitably face in their future careers.
